·         Verified with workshop participants from TKM Institute of Management [three batches 1997, '98, '99], Rajagiri Institute of Management [three batches 1992, '95, '99], Institute of Management In Government, Cochin [seven groups of government officers [1995, '97, '98], TAPMI - Manipal [1999 batch], and Indian Institute of Management - Kozhikode [two batches 2000, '01],

 

·         Tested the power of 'Creative Leadership Modules' through 13 'process training workshops' for the Microsoft division of Satyam Computer Services, Chennai, TVS-Lucas, Kochi Refineries, HCL Team Frontline, Indian Additives, Indal, etc

 

·         Logical and theoretical validity and practical relevance confirmed by  referring to 2,500+ articles-books in management-leadership-related fields during the work of developing ‘Theme Papers’ for five Annual Conventions of  two Management Associations

 

·         The final format of the regular program in Creative Management was shaped out of the feedback from about 300 select students of PSG Institute of Management, Coimbatore. [2004 and 2005 batches], discussions with inspired individuals,
